At its basic level, IGF1-LR3 is a synthesised version of insulin. However, if we compare it directly with insulin, IGF1-LR3 wears its pants outside of its tights and can stop a speeding bullet with its laser-beam eyes.
The letters stand for Insulin-Like Growth Factor and the numbers relate to the position of arginine in its amino acid chain.
The upshot of this is basically a supercharged insulin-like chemical compound with a long shelf life and legendary properties when it comes to fat reduction, muscle growth and restorative function.
How does IGF1-LR3 Work?
Its unique make-up means that IGF1-LR3 can be taken as a stand-alone drug. Because of the Arginine, once administered it will remain effective for approximately 24 hours. During this time IGF1-LR3 blocks glucose from entering cells and this is the primary way it promotes fat loss. Starved of sugar, the body has no choice but to turn to fat for fuel.
After an injection, for a full 24 hours, IGF1-LR3 will travel throughout the body binding to any muscle cells it encounters, but that's not all it does.
IGF-1 LR3 also creates new muscle. It does this by increasing the amount of nitrogen the body retains and it also encourages protein synthesis.
The cause and effect of this means increased muscle growth. Hyperplasia (increased muscle cells) and mitogenesis (the production of muscle fibres).
In short, IGF-1 LR3 makes more muscle fibres and it makes them bigger.
IGF1-LR3 Aids Recovery
In addition to promoting muscle growth and shredding fat IGF also aids recovery. It does this by improving the body's collagen function. Collagen is important in maintaining the body's connective and improving how it works can result in stronger bones and tougher muscle. IGF has also been linked to improved blood vessel function and it has been known to strengthen cartilage and increase bone density.
How to take IGF1-LR3
IGF1-LR3 is usually administered by injection in approximate daily doses of 50-60mcg. Always start with a lower dose; IGF-1 LR3 can produce profound results even in lower amounts. This minimizes adaptation to the compound and can also reduce the risk of potential side effects. Beginner doses start around the 15mcg mark and you can always increase it later.
Recommended cycles last around 4 weeks as the body tends to show signs of desensitisation after 40 days.
Any muscle groups are good injection sites as it's not effective for 'spot-reducing' particular areas.
Side effects of IGF1-LR3
As with all chemicals, IGF1-LR3 can produce unwanted effects. Most are uncommon, but it's known to suffer hypoglycaemia when taking the drug. Thankfully, however, there are ways to reduce this risk.
To reduce the possibility of hypoglycaemia you'll want to make sure you've eaten enough food and more specifically a good mix of simple sugars and a mix of complex and simple carbs.
Less common side effects include:
- Lack of focus
- Hunger pangs
- Excessive sweating
- Nausea and headaches
If you experience any of these symptoms consult a medical professional and stop taking IGF-1 LR3 immediately.
IGF-1 LR3 is a full-blown wonder drug. If it suits you and doesn't cause any nasty sides, it can be a solid stand-alone and cheaper alternative to HGH or steroids.
