How to use Peptides
Having sourced your peptides you’ll want to keep them in cold storage. The most effective way to take peptides is by subcutaneous injection. If you're unsure about how to do this then it's best you do some research on the subject before attempting the procedure. That said, it's not as complicated as you might think.
You'll need a clean syringe (insulin syringes work best) and some bacteriostatic water. You can get all of this from any pharmacy.
When you're ready to proceed. Take the syringe and withdraw 2ml of bacteriostatic water. Next, insert the syringe into the peptide vial and slowly release the water into the vial. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
If necessary, you can gently encourage the solution to mix but never stir or shake it - this may damage the peptides and they will not be effective.
The ideal place to inject is the fatty area around the abdomen but steer clear of your belly button. Make sure your hands are clean and use a sterilised swab to clean the skin, pinch the area that you will inject and firmly press the needle into the fatty tissue. Be careful to avoid blood vessels and make sure there are no air bubbles in your syringe.
The ideal time for a peptide injection is before you go to bed or just after your evening workout.
As mentioned earlier, there are a lot of fake peptides or fake websites out there so be careful where you source your supply.
