Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with If you are unhappy with an item or if you simply change your mind, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to arrange your return.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. You must comply with the following conditions to enable us to process a refund or exchange:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The returned product is unused and within its original packaging
  • All original labels intact and in a condition to resell the product
  • Please include your order details


A refund will be issued excluding the original postage charge and excluding the costs of returning a product to us. All requested refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the parcel.

Unless the item is deemed faulty and a fault of, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund.


Picked the wrong item? Don’t worry, you can exchange for an alternative item by filling out the exchange section of our returns form (found on the back of your invoice) or by requesting assistance by emailing us at [email protected]. We aim to process exchanges within 3-5 days.


Where you return a product in contravention of this policy, we will not refund or exchange the product. We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product. If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.


If under the unfortunate circumstance, you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] who will be able to assist you further.


We will NOT under any circumstances arrange refunds or exchanges if you discard the product before contacting us. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please include your receipt of postage, we will happily reimburse the return postage cost.
